We can pick you up. A minivan seating up to nine people is ฿600 for the vehicle, not per person, payable at the resort. The Yacht Club is about 20 minutes by road from Samui International Airport. Request a transfer here and tell us your flight — we will confirm by email before you travel.

Suratthani is on the mainland, so the journey continues by sea. At the airport you will find taxis, minivans and buses running to the ferry at Donsak, which sails directly to Koh Samui. Allow most of a day for the whole trip.

We do not meet the ferries. Boat arrival times move, and there is more than one pier, so a driver waiting at the wrong place at the wrong hour helps nobody. There are always taxis meeting each ferry. We can arrange a private transfer to the pier for your departure — ฿600, the same as the airport, for the vehicle rather than per person. Just ask reception, and allow about 30 minutes for the drive.

Send us the new flight number and time as soon as you know, by replying to your confirmation email. The driver goes by your flight, so a delay is not a problem as long as we know about it.

We ask for at least 24 hours' notice so a driver can be scheduled. Later requests are still worth sending — we will do our best, and you are welcome to message us on WhatsApp as well.
